• University degree - minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) - in a discipline such as engineering, project management, business, multimedia, design or software development
• Very strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire others
• Passion for Quality Assurance and making it an integral part of product delivery
• Excellent understanding of QA processes and agile software development lifecycle
• Commercial experience in a technology-led company leading or working as part of a QA / Testing team
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration
• Ability to assess risks and make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Sense of ownership and responsibility for the work you and your team deliver
