Capita’s Novus programme provides a great opportunity to kick start your career and work in systems quality assurance and software testing. Novus is Latin for new and the programme will provide you with new skills, new ideas and new experiences.
The IT graduate programme provides free training and a placement service for roles in software testing, often with blue chip organisations.
It isn’t easy to join Novus – we want the best - so we have a rigorous assessment process.
We want you to be successful so that you can go on to complete our intensive 12 week training programme. You can then work onsite in one of our client organisations, anywhere in the UK.
